The Biblical evidence that you have become a Christian is not that you said a prayer or believe in Jesus and His resurrection. It is not that you go to a particular church or are a member of a particular denomination. It is also not that you are a "good" person, do "good" works or are baptized. The Biblical evidence that you are a Christian is that you not only "confess and believe" (Romans 10:9, 10) but that you have repented (turned from your sin), as well as that you "bear fruit" (Matthew 7:15-20) and "know Christ" (Matthew 7:13-23) as able. Now it's clear that there are deathbed conversions and the thief on the cross was promised by Jesus Himself to be going to heaven, so I don't want you to misunderstand what I am saying. Not everyone has time to "bear fruit." One make take the Bible as a whole and this applies to salvation. It is clear that there are many people who believe they are going to heaven because they simply prayed a prayer or "believe" but that is not what the Bible says. The Bible says "even the demons believe" and believing in Jesus and His resurrection does not make a person a Christian. Unfortunately many churches have taught this heresy and I fear a great many people are going to hell because of this false teaching.
Here are some links to help the new believer. Some of the most important things to do are to read your Bible, find a good Bible-believing church where you can be fed spiritually (Heb. 10:25, 1 Th. 5:11), and get sin out of your life. Begin to develp a lifestyle of studying the Bible and prayer... "pray continually" as 1 Th. 5:17 states.
