Monthly Devotional

Devotionals are short messages based on a Biblical topic or passage. They can be written, audio or video. "Religion" will tell you that you need to do this every day, early in the morning, and will probably make it feel like a burden. Ideally this develops into a relationship with God where the focus is on the Bible and hearing directly from God through the Holy Spirit. I pray your time with God is real and exciting to you as you develop your relationship with Him.

I encourage you to sign up for my eNewsletter, which includes my
monthly devotional, by clicking this banner or the eNewsletter banner on the lower right of this page.

There are hundreds of devotionals but these have been some of my favorites:

The Way of the Master Minute

Written by Ray Comfort and Kirk Cameron.

Harvest Christian Fellowship - Harvest Online (Greg Laurie)

James MacDonald's

James currently only has a weekly devotional online.

The Upper Room - Daily Devotional

Selected from thousands sent in from around the world.

Our Daily Bread (RBC Ministries)

A small printed devotional I've enjoyed for years!

My Utmost For His Highest (Oswald Chambers)

Quiet Time Bible Study

Instead of telling you what the Bible says, the quiet time Bible studies help you discover its meaning for yourself.

Hard Saying of the Day

Excellent unique devotional posing and answering difficulties in scripture.

The 365-Day Devotional Commentary (Lawrence Richards)

This is a book I read (not online)... Excellent devotional/brilliant writer!

For Every Season - Daily Devotions (Greg Laurie)

This is another book I read (also not online). I have the first one but he also came out with a second and third volume.
